Basaar app isn't working?

Try these steps.

  • Shut down the app. Meaning, on iOS double tap the home button and swipe the app page up. This will close the app. On Android swipe sideways.
  • Having trouble making your payment? Check your card number and every detail once again from settings.
  • Always make sure your app is updated!
  • If you delete the app and download it again, it won't delete your account, don't worry about that! If the app is not working as it should, try to delete it for a second and download again. (You can always log-in to your account from another device too.)
  • Make sure you are either on WiFi or connected to your signal.
