Buyer Protection

Basaar Buyer Protection applies to all purchases that made in the app. Purchases that are made outside of the app, are not covered by our Buyer Protection. For purchasing inside the app you must pay inside the app and use our Slide to BUY button.

If there is a problem with your item, report any issues to us within 10 days from receiving the item.

You will receive a full refund if your item doesn't arrive or if its majorly damaged and can't be used.

These following points aren't covered by Basaar Buyer Protection:

  • Purchases made without using the Slide to BUY button
  • Meet in person transactions
  • Non-material goods, such as event tickets, airline tickets, services
  • Items not as described
