Tips on how to ship your item with prepaid SmartPOST code:

  • You will receive a pre-paid and pre-addressed SmartPOST shipping code on your email. You can also view the code on the sold item screen.
  • Find your nearest Smartpost terminal.
  • Follow the instructions on the terminal screen and place you package into the terminal.
  • Almost done! Open your Basaar app, go to your profile and make sure that the item is marked as “Shipped”. If it’s not automatically marked, please tap the big green “Shipped” button.

The faster you ship your item the better. 
Please try to ship your item within two days of making your sale. If you’re not able to ship your item within this time (ie you’re out of town), then please let us know immediately.

What next? You’ll receive your Basaar Credits when the buyer has received your item.
